morning for their home in Ohio.
They were accompanied by Mrs.
Slaughter and little son who are
returning to their home in Texas.

Frank Golden who went up
into the Twin Fails country, re
turned home last Friday. Frank
was greatly taken up with that
region and remained for the big
drawing but was not one of the
lucky persons. Fred Wheiman
who holds tho second chair in
the 0. K. Barber shop, drew 80
acres of choice land at the same
drawing.
The Globe has received con
gratulations for the manner in
which it handled the results
of the election in its
last issue. The table giving the
official returns from this county
called forth much favorable com
ment The vote received by
each candidate having opposition
was given by precinct and
proved interesting to politicians.
The table will be valuable for
future reference.
E.' M. Larkin, the local agent
