where he had been attending to

The new section boss for this
end of the Condon-Arlington
branch is William Campbell whe
hails from over on the Connell
branch in Washington. ; He has
the reputation of being one of
the best railroad section men on
the coast.
Mr. and Mrs. John Skelley of
Olex brought their little six year
old daughter down from that
place Saturday to place her un
der surgical care at the Sana

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Boyd are
visiting in Portland with Mrs.
Boyd's parents, Mr. " and Mrs.

Tom was acting as conductor on

Mrs. Baker and son of Condon
who have been . visiting with

The. Belgian stallion, Juan,
owned by Will Ebbert will stand
the .season at his ranch north of
Condon. He is a dapple bay
horse, six years old and weighs
1900 pounds. Those wishing to

Herbert Brown, who with his
brother Frank, has been running
their sheep in Idaho, arrived in
Condon Monday evening to visit
for a few weeks with his rel
atives and many friends.

The bead of the ancient Babylonian
