The observance of Sunday
closing will be an innovation for
Gilliam county and Condon. The
movement has been favored by
a majority of the business men
of the county for some time but
on account of the busy season
during harvest, it was thought
best to wait Now that the edict
has gone forth for the Sunday
closing of all places of business.
