NEW FIELD FOR THE TRUST Dr. Andrews, one of Rockefeller's chattel professors in Rockefeller College, Chicago, ia a recent lec ture says that "Parentage among the poor and improvident should be discouraged," and insists that the duty of populating the earth should devolve upon the rich and cultured. The next thing, the rich will organize a trust under the laws of New Jersey, for producing and distributing babies! They will then drive all the little producers out of the market, because they can produce so much cheaper! The on ly difficulty in the way is that the rich are so debilitated by excesses and diseases that, so far, in all na tions, they have been unable to keep up the stock and their lines have been filled by the energy and mental power that alone can be produced by men and women liv ing normal lives, working more or less in the open air with their hands. Look at the families of the rich and' imagine a nation of such! What would a nation of rich, and no workers, be? A nation of work ers, with no millionaires, would . make a great and strong govern ment. But reverse it! The im- j maculate gall of drones saying that j those who support every nation, without whom there would be no nation, no civilization, no anything, should not reproduce their kind! Dr. Andrews is greater than God. God ordered the people to multiply and replenish the earth. Andrews denies the right or good of it! Such, however, is life daring court week. Making Flour. The big new plant of the Condon Mill Ing.Co, i at lat completed and eoui- meneed Monday to nmiiufavture a high grade of flour. Although the feed mill had been. U operation for some time the entire plant was not connected up with the big engine until Saturday after noon when a preMmiuary run was made to see.if all of the tmtltituh of rolls ami bolts and machines and conveyors .and elevatois and shafts and pullers and belts and bands aud fans and spouts and ther things and devices that we have not room to enumerate aud would not know the name of if we had,' were properly adjusted oud in place. Every thing started off without a hitch, to nicely had every part been adjusted, showing the thorough and workmanlike manner in which every detail of the work of construction, had been aocoiu plished. No labor or expense was spared by the owuera to tuake the plant thoroughly modern aud up-to-date and every part of the mill, from the big boiler in which the steam is generated to the packing machine which fills the sacks with- fin est flour, Is the very best that could be procured. The mil) is fully equipped to turn oat all the different grades of flour although we understand that, tor the present, they expect only to make a straight grade; however as the country develops aud trade increases noalterations will be necessary to bo able to turn out any grade of flour for which there may be a demand. - Condon has reason to be proud of the new mill, the completion of which means much in extending the business interests of the town. Messrs Ilolten and Marquardsoo, whose energy and progressiveness has brought this new industry into being, are of the type of citixeus calculated to build op a town. Condon needs many each. Condon housewives can now, for the first time, nse home made flour, bearing the brand of the Condon Milling Co., which reads: "Our Best Not Better than the Best but Better than the Rest."
