It is understood that bill is being prepared!, to be introduced lit the next session of the legisla ture for the adoption of the initia tive and referendum in this state. While with many persons who. perhaps, hare given the matter but Tittle study, such measure is like ly to be condemned as "wildcat ' legislation, and. "pure populism," we believe there is a growing sen timent in favor of such a measure among thinking men and careful students of political science in all .parties.
