Editorial What we like about the modern apartment is that you can answer the door, kick the dog, open a window, look in the refrigerator, and turn on the , radio without getting out of your chair. Tum-A-Lum does not recom mend a house built with these conveniences. We believe in utilizing all waste space ,yet giving plenty of room to turn around. See us now for plana and figures. NOW is the time to BUILD. The farmer sat in His house and moaned At the so called Business depression. The reason it wa riain to see His hens were on Vacation. If you like to raise flowers This is the time to put in small cold frames and hot beds for keeping flowers thru the winter and for starting seeds. We have the materials. Johnny was picking up apples under the trees when his mo ther called to him to look out for the worms in them. "When I eat apples," he called back, "the worms have to look out for themselves." Which is tough, as Sam says when he bites into a tough steak, but you can't expect a hen to lay when she is kept busy trying to keep warm. A chicken house properly insulat ed will keep hens cackling all winter. We were in favor of awarding the world's Hard Luck Cham pionship to the man who con tracted sleeping sickness but was so troubled with insomnia that he couldn't sleep a wink. Then wo heard of the fellow who had sea sickness and lock jaw at the same time. . Luck like that will be good compared with the citizen who forgets to fill his coal bin with Tum-A-Lump before Ole Man Winter gets here.
