Hall, the case of Jim Kinina, the Indian charged with the killing of another redskin, Onebody, on the Umatilla reservation, in which case S tiue bill was 'returned by tbe federal giand jury, was this morning ordered resubmitted by reason of the fact that the date of tho murder was left blank, says the Portland Telegram. The date was supplied, and the indictment re turned minus the objection. Lost Three Fingers.
