Bandon, Coos county, Oregon, de
linquent assessments as asetred hv
ordinance No. 306 of t.ie ordinances
of thecity ol ltandon for the exten
tension of Oregon Avenue (formerly
ruiernaihy Stieet) into Wall Street
(formerly extension of First Street)
in said city as assessed with benefits
in front of lot 4, block 3, town oi
Randon, (formerly town of Averil)
in the sum of $6r.io and assessed to
Josephine jacobson. Said assess
ment has never been paid nor the
lien discharged nor satisfied.-
Now therefoie notice is hereby
given thai by virtue and in puisu
ance of section 122 of. the charier of
the city of Randon, Coos county,
Oregon, directing me lo collect the
said unpaid assessment by sale of
the said property to satisfy saui Hen
of $61.10 with interest thereon at the
rate of 6 per cent per annum from
the ilth day of October 1913' and
penalty together with costs ol ad
vertising and sale thereof, I will on
