The Golden Rule Store is always in the lead. Here are a few suggestions for Christmas shoppers: Minneapolis Minn., Dec. 11— Joseph P. Nash and Charles Bridg man of Clyde Park, Montana, were awarded the $5000 first prise today for the best five bushels of wheat ex hibited a^the Northwestern Products Exposition held here in November. The grain was the turkey red va nties and was grown in the Shield River Valley, 70 miles north of Yellowstone Park. P, Harlan, the Amity, Ore. woman, who has been constantly asleep for the past to days, is today declared to be suffering from uraemic poison, by Drs. I’ernol and Johnson, Portland specialists. The condttion ol Mrs. Harlan, who was brought to a hcs- pital here, is unchanged today, and but little hope is held out for her. Studied attempts made to arouse the woman have failed. She sleeps peacefully through the greatest din the attendants in her room can make to arouse her, and she is insensible to pinpricks and other means used on her person to relieve her of her stupor.
