Roll % inch thick. Spread w ith b u tter, cover w ith fru it; sprinkle w ith su g a r and cinnam on. Roll up dough like jelly roll and cut o ff pieces 2 inches thick. Melt 4 tablespoons b u tte r in a heavy skillet, add ty cup m aple com syrup. Place biscuits, cut side up, in the prepared pan. Bake in mod e ra te oven ( 40.-42/)* F .) mins.
