If sp ray in g is to be effectiv e it should begin im m ediately before egg lay in g begins. In te r plan ted trees and fi nee row s should receive a sp ray application. If n poison bait pray is applied, unlike g eneral sp ray in g op eratio n s, it is not n e cessary to thoroughly coat the en tile push.
