Construction company, reached a com
promise agreement for the settlement
of the case outside of court on the
basis of a payment by the state of
$225,000 for royalty. The agreement
closed a controversy of several years
regarding the right of the construc
tion company to royalties on the use
by the state of Its patent formula for
bttullthlc pavements.
