Marion Starks Marries Keith Tetherow Sunday I Garden Club Hears Talk on Landscaping Marion Starks was married to Keith Tetherow, son of Mr. and Mi'. W B. Tetherow of Grant.' Pass, at the home of her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Starks ot Kerby, last Sunday, Nov. 23. Rev. George Gray performed the after noon ceremony.
