It will be sta tioned at the American Legion hall from 3 to 8 p. nt. Blood is -till urgently needed and we must all do our part. Snow and ice prevented the unit from coming on its last scheduled visit but barring the unexpected, it will be here this visit. Governor Douglas McKay de clared this week. G overnor McKay made this view know in his statem ent des- ignating the week of March 23-29 for observance as Voter R egistra tion week throughout Oregon. He expressed alarm and regret over O regon’s record as the poorest of all w estern states in the m atter of voter participation.
