England received word this week th a t her brother, Robert Gillespie and w ife in Monrovia, C alifornia, are the proud paren ts of a baby girl, Carol Ann. She was born Feb. 11. Mr. Gillespie lost his sight in the Mr. and Mrs. E dgar Abbey and battle of the Bulge.
