JUMUMSJ ARREST MEXICAN AS ACCOMPLICE OF J CAN SOTO. Los Angeles, Juno 10. Charged with being an accomplice in a triple murder by. Juan Soto, who stabbed to death two girls and a man In the Mexican quarter here a week ago, Jose Vuijara is in Jail here today. It Is alleged that he was Soto's com panion when the murders were com mitted. The police have failed to find any trace of Soto, although It is persistently reported that he has not left Los Angeles. STATE SI PREME COURT HANDS DOWN DECISIONS. Salem, June 10. The supreme court today handed down a decision holding that the election creating the Port of Ray Ocean Tillamook coun ty is void. The election was con tes'ed on the grounds of Insufficiency of election notices, which the court held did not properly describe the exterior boundaries of the proposed port.
