PEAR ANI APPLE , t KOI' WILL BE LIGHT Many of the onhardists are now preparing for the first spraying of the fruit trees, and barrels of spray are taken out every day. The fruit trees have not made much start yet, the fosty nights having held the sap down. The orchards are In excellent condition this spring, though Inspec tor Burke states that the crop of fruit will be light this spring, owing to the trees having borne so heavily last year. Both apples and iears will be short crops, though the indication Is for a full crop of peaches and grapes. Those orchards where the fruit was thinned most will give the best yield.
