Stephen Jewell, county judge; M. A. Wertz, commissioner; H. S. Wood cock, commissioner; S. F. Cheshire, clerk; W. J. Russell, sheriff. The following proceedings were had: Application of Martha Jess for correction of 1903 tax roll in regard to double assessment of V SK Vi Sec. 30, Twp. 3R S. R. C W. and de linquent tax shown thereon. Cuurt finds same to be doubly assessed and delinquent tax ordered cancelled. In the matter of the application of L. A. Lewis for cancellation of tax sale of two ditches out of Grave creek assessed to Columbia mines for 1903. The court finds tax on same was duly paid and tax sale to county declared void. Also finds that taxes for 1903 were paid by L. A. Lewis on NW V, NEV4 Sec. 7, Twp. 34 S. R. 5 W. and tax sales to Josephine county and by Josephine county to W. I). York de clared void und of no effect. Resignation of H. C. Hateham, county fruit inspector filed and ac cepted by the court; office declared vacant. In the matter of the application of W. N.
