Lawler, the fellow who was arrested here some weeks ago and bound over to the Circuit Court on the oharge of larceny from the person of a Swedihb laborer and has since been confined on the county jail, was adjudged insane last week and taken to the aaylom at Salem. Lawler seemed to labor under the hallucina tion that he was some other person than himself. At first he suffered from this dementia at intervals but these became more and more fre quent nntil Sheriff Russell concluded that he should be taken care of and he was examined by the insane com mission with the above result.
