Notice to Trult Growers Fruitgrowers troubled with anhtrac nose, San Jose scale, green or wooly aphis or mosa upon I heir trees, should use an application of Lime Sulphur solution of S per cent strength, at once II is claimed by Eiperimsnt station men that the Lime Sulphur mixture is equally as good as Bor deaux or anthracnose (dead spot) but should not be used until the leaves begin falling heavily. Fruitgrowers will find it much easier to control pests by spraying this fall and again next spring, than by using only the spring application. Anthracnose spores are now mirgat' ing and ars easily killed while it will lie practically impossible to get at them later on. H. D. EISMANN, Fruit Inspector.'
