Mr. DeHart bat owned a fine 70 acre fruit farm near Medford, which he has lately dis posed of for the purpose of settling In Hood River. He ha purchased ttn mnrea of the rough land of the D. N. Byerlee place west of town and will erect a fine bongalow on the prop erty. A more romantic or plornrosqne site would not have been obtained.
