Johnson, 30, no known address, was cited for second-degree theft and criminal trespassing after he allegedly left the store without paying for $110 in pants, spray paint and other items. • Shoplifting, 7:21 p.m. Oct. 17, Fred Meyer. Suzanne K. Sno- dgrass, 51, no known address, was cited for third-degree theft and criminal trespassing after she allegedly left the store with- out paying for $48 in batteries and food. • Shoplifting, 7:44 p.m. Oct. 19, Walmart. Jerry L. McMillan, 50, of Astoria was cited for third-de- gree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a $50 toy car. • Shoplifting, 5:08 p.m. Oct. 22, Fred Meyer. Kathryn M. She told security “it’s like a way of protest; I don’t like big corporations,” according to a police report. • Shoplifting, 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25, Walmart. Rebecca A. Loehr, 32, of La Grande was cited for second-degree theft, providing false information and criminal mischief after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $369 in clothes, underwear, baby items and a watch. Traffic • Hit-and-run collision, 7:17 p.m. Oct. 17, Fred Meyer parking lot. • Traffic stop, 7:18 p.m. Oct. 18, Warrenton Mini Mart parking lot. Brad L. White, 43, of Moses Lake, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail, where his blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.14 percent. • Shoplifting, 7:14 p.m. Oct. 26, Fred Meyer. Greyson R. Saun- ders, 29, no known address, was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $79 in Halloween masks and an outdoor heater. • Reckless driving, 4:46 p.m. Oct. 22, Youngs Bay Plaza.
