A woman reported a rear tire
and mechanism for her bicycle
were taken from her porch.

Fred Meyer. Kayla M. Long, 30,
of Astoria was cited for sec-
ond-degree theft and criminal
mischief after she allegedly at-
tempted to leave the store with-
out paying for $212 in clothes,
energy drinks and steak.

Edward Allen Johnston, 31, of
Hammond was cited Oct. 16 for

from his waistband, said “I’m

no known address, was cited for
second-degree theft, criminal
trespassing and criminal mis-
chief after he allegedly attempt-
ed to leave the store without
