A man reported someone broke into his house, which is for sale, and appeared to be living inside, ate food from the refrigerator and attempted to gain entry into locked cabinets. Damage to prop- erty and food loss was estimated at $100. • Shoplifting, 10:38 p.m. Aug. 16, Walmart. Rebekah I. Hallock, 33, of Astoria was cited for third-de- gree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $22 in clothes. She also had previously been trespassed from the property. • Shoplifting, 2:05 p.m. Aug. 18, AT&T Store. A man in a brown baseball cap, camouflage jacket and blue jeans removed security devices from a $950 store display Samsung Galaxy Note 10, put the phone in his pocket and walked out of the store. • Burglary, 7:39 a.m. Aug. 20, Hammond Marina. John B. Harp, 76, no known address, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he allegedly pulled a knife and threatened others during a verbal altercation. • Man yelling and alarming cus- tomers, 11:46 a.m. Aug. 14, Main Street Market. Brian Quaschnick, 48, no known address, was ar- rested on suspicion of disorderly conduct. • Man refusing to leave fitting room, 4:54 p.m. Aug. 14, Good- will. Police removed the man and trespassed him from the location. • Illegal camping, 9:14 p.m. Aug. 14, Warrenton Kia. Three people sleeping on the property were removed and trespassed. • Man yelling and making threats, 2 p.m. Aug. 15, Southeast Second Street island. Brian Quaschnick, 48, no known address, was ar- rested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and interfering after he was found to be yelling, making threats, creat- ing a risk to others and refusing to obey lawful orders of a police officer. • Female refusing to leave and attempting to enter kitchen, 5:30 p.m. Aug. 17, El Compadre Restaurant. Deganawidah Goe- man, 41, no known address, was arrested on suspicion of disorder- ly conduct, criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer. Kelley A. Brownlie, 45, of Astoria was ar- rested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing. • Trespassing, 1:15 a.m. Aug. 18, Fred Meyer. Mark E. Warren, 34, no known address, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass- ing. • Illegal camping, 12:24 a.m. Aug. 19, Walmart. During routine patrol, seven people were found camping in the parking lot in various RVs and cars. All subjects were moved along.
