Lily Ann Daniel Roberts, 18, of Astoria was cited for second-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $104 in toiletries. • Burglary, 11:46 a.m. June 13, 1000 block East Harbor Drive. Someone cut wires to and stole a heat pump motor. Total loss was $652.
