Borens, 49, of Tillamook was cited for third-degree theft and crimi- nal mischief after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a $15 pair of sunglasses. • Robbery, 7:27 p.m. May 2, Walmart. Joanne Marissa Rice, 30, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of strong-arm robbery and third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $49 in dental products, fought with a loss-prevention officer and then ran from the store, leaving in a vehicle. She was stopped by War- renton Police a short time later. • Shoplifting, 5:24 p.m. May 3, Walmart. Roger James Collins, 47, of Ocean Park, Wash., was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $9 in food and toilet paper. • Shoplifting, 6:20 p.m. May 5, Walmart.
