Amanda Marie Marsh, 38, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $61 in makeup. She was also arrested on suspicion of possessing 4.3 grams of methamphetamine. • Shoplifting, 8:15 p.m. March 18, Walmart. Zane Belshe, 57, with no known address, was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for two cans of beer worth $4. • Counterfeit check, 10:31 a.m. March 13, Ocean Crest Chevro- let. Someone attempted to forge a check from the company and cash it for $8,755. • Shoplifting, 6:33 p.m. March 13, Rite Aid. A man who told officers he was visiting a friend at the park was arguing with employees who confronted him for failing to get a guest pass and paying $5 to use the showers.
