Lektro, one of Warrenton’s largest employers, will be ac- quired by Chicago-based JBT Corporation, the local com- pany announced Tuesday. “We are excited to be part of JBT,” said Eric Paulson, Lektro’s owner. “Together our companies will provide customers a global sales and support presence, a much broader portfolio of products and services, and deeper en- gineering capabilities for fu- ture product development.” The sale of Lektro comes after the aircraft tug manu- facturer has seen a string of record sales years.
