Frank Kenneth Nimz, 37, no known address, was arrested for second-degree theft and criminal mischief after he allegedly left the store with- out paying for $234 in electron- ics and other items. • Shoplifting, 5:15 p.m. Dec. 7, Walmart. Marcus Lee Journot, 29, of Warrenton was arrested for third-degree theft and crim- inal mischief after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a $58 air pistol. • Shoplifting, 10:51 p.m. Dec. 8, Walmart. Corina Dee Swaffard, 39, of Astoria was arrested for second-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $144 in candy, lighters and other items. She also was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and heroin and booked on those charges as well. • Shoplifting, 11:48 p.m. Dec. 9, Walmart. A 61-year- old Warrenton man reported a tire on his Ford pickup was slashed. • Trespassing, 11:18 p.m. Dec. 2, Walmart. Store officials reported a man was verbally assaulting employees and ramming a shop- ping cart into the glass exit door. The man, who’d been staying in a motorhome in the parking lot, was trespassed from the business. • Trespassing, 4:03 p.m. Dec. 4, Walmart. Ricky Dean Sutton, 54, of Warrenton was cited for criminal trespassing when he returned to the store after previ- ously having been trespassed. • Fight, 5:45 pm.
