Steven Michael Wolf, 41, no known address in Warrenton, was taken into custody after running and attempting to jump off the Skipanon Bridge on Har- bor Drive. After a short pursuit, he was arrested on suspicion of offensive littering, disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest.
