Bryon Garratt Stalcup, 56, of Woodland, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxi- cants and cited for having no operator’s license and refusing to take a breath test. B urglaries / tHefts • Stolen trailer, 2:53 p.m. Feb. 23, Les Schwab. A 2005 7-foot by 16-foot Bulldog car trailer worth $5,000 was taken. • Theft of cash, 2:09 p.m. Feb. 26, Fred Meyer. Business training for young people Young people interested in starting their own business are invited to an entrepre- neurial training event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 10, in the Coho Room of the Columbia Center, 2021 Marine Drive, Astoria. The class will teach kids how to pick a product, price it, keep an inventory and sales journal, market the product and sell it through the Astoria or Seaside markets Youth can sell as many times as they want through- out the summer months and learn business skills includ- ing better communication, organization and dealing with people.
