A subject previ- ously trespassed from store had returned. Raymond Heath, 65, no known address, was arrested on suspicion of criminal tres- passing. He also had a warrant for contempt of court. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Furnishing alcohol to a minor, 4:15 p.m. Jan. 1, behind Fred Meyer. Timothy Ramirez, 24, of Warrenton was arrested on sus- picion of providing alcohol to a 20-year-old female. The female was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol by con- sumption. • Trespassing, 4:40 p.m. Jan. 2, Fred Meyer. A subject previ- ously trespassed from store had returned. Jennifer K. VanGundy, 35, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass- ing and, when she was booked at Clatsop County Jail, she was found to have a Columbia Coun- ty Corrections detainer and was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Her case will be turned over to the District Attor- ney’s Office. • Domestic disturbance, 11:40 p.m. Jan. 4, 100 block South- west Cedar Avenue. Man broke down the door at his ex-girl- friend’s apartment and demand- ed she give him a ride home. Brandon Lee Lau, 34, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing and booked at Clat- sop County Jail. • Trespassing, 4:41 p.m. Jan. 5, Fred Meyer. A man who’d previ- ously been trespassed was in the store wearing a wig to disguise his appearance. Orion Shay Adamson, 42, of Warrenton was arrested for criminal trespassing and an outstanding warrant for possessing heroin and metham- phetamine. • Traffic stop, 11:50 a.m. Jan. 7, Southwest Second and Elm. Parker Phillip Whitsett, 20, of Astoria was arrested on an out- standing warrant for interfering with police and for being a minor in possession of marijuana. The jail was too crowded to take him and he was released pending a court hearing. • Domestic disturbance, 8:58 p.m. Jan. 7, 300 block of Lake Drive, Hammond. Crystal Anne Vela, 39, of Hammond was ar- rested on suspicion of hitting her boyfriend in the face. She was booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Warrant, 9:55 a.m. Jan. 9, South Main Avenue at Highway 101 Alternate. Abraham Zachary Schultz, 21, was arrested for an outstanding contempt of court warrant from Linn County. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Fugitive, 11:45 p.m. Jan. 9, Ridge Road at Parkview Apart- ments. Byron Earl Freniere, 34, of John Day was arrested on warrants from Clatsop County and Seaside. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail. t Hefts • Bank fraud, 3:15 p.m. Jan. 3, police station lobby. Man reports an individual with the same name as his called to say he had access to his bank account. During the weekend, $20,000 was removed from his account and transferred to the account of the other man with the same name in Kirkland, Wash. • Stolen car recovered, 2:39 p.m. Jan. 4, dirt road off Ridge Road near Parkview Apartments. A Toyota Paseo reported stolen from Warrenton Marina in Sep- tember was found stripped and hidden in shrubbery on vacant property owned by Fort Pointe Partners LLC. • Theft of tires and fuel, 3:11 p.m. Jan. 7, 11 Place and Marlin Avenue. Gasoline and snow tires were taken from a garage. • Burglary, 8:46 a.m. Jan. 8, 1200 block Southwest Ninth St. A man reported his wallet, sunglasses, jacket and computer missing from his home. • Shoplifting, 2:01 p.m. Jan. 9, Costco. A woman and her daugh- ter witnessed two boys pull out a light fixture and throw it into the women’s restroom. • Disturbance, 3:20 p.m. Jan. 5, Warrenton Marina. Man upset when marine officers seized his boat. • Disburbance, 10:06 p.m. Jan. 6, South Jetty Lounge. Impaired woman refusing to leave. The 32-year-old woman agreed to leave and called a relative to pick her up. • Disturbance, 1:21 p.m. Jan. 7, Fort Stevens State Park camping area. Motorhome was gone by the time officers arrived.
