Spurlock, 35, of Warrenton was arrest- ed on suspicion of stealing $29 worth of items. He was released pending a court hearing. • Criminal trespassing, 6:25 p.m. Sept. 24, trail near Silverside Street and Russell Place. After being called to the area for a disturbance and possible gunshot, police locat- ed two people who had been trespassed from Fort Stevens State Park previously and they were again within park boundaries. Mark Andrew Simonsen, 36, of Hammond and Tammi Jo Spendlove, 50, of Warrenton were booked at Clatsop County Jail for crimi- nal trespassing. • Vehicle prowl, 2 p.m. Sept 18, 1200 block Southwest Ninth Street. Wallet with $50 cash stolen. • Stolen engine and trailer, 3:33 pm Sept. 23, 1000 block Iredale Street. A 30-hp engine worth $3,500 was stolen from a garage bay. Investigation led to the arrest of former tenant Mickey M. Morrow, 41, of Asto- ria, who was booked at Clatsop County Jail on suspicion of burglary and theft. Driver Sarah Ann Maples, 29, of Seaside was cited for failure to carry and present license and driving while suspended. • Two-vehicle noninjury colli- sion, 3:13 p.m. Sept. 22, 700 block Southeast Marlin Avenue, non-injury. • Vehicle struck dog, 10:22 p.m. Sept. 23, 700 block East Harbor Street. Dog taken to on-call veterinarian and surgery was performed on dog’s injuries. • Two-vehicle crash with one injury, 3:05 p.m. Sept. 24, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane.
