Bids shall be clearly marked “Bates Building Roof and Ventilation Project.” The work shall consist of repairs and improvements to the Bates Building located on campus at the Prairie City School. The work items include replacement of the roof, addition of foundation venting and moisture barrier, and repair of mold damage in the crawl space in accordance with the construction plans and specifications.
