Community Counseling Solutions (CCS), a privately run, nonprofit agency in John Day has skilled staff with a mission: “Providing dynamic progressive and diverse supports to improve the well-being of our communities.” With a history that extends back to the 70s, the agency also has offices in Morrow, Gilliam and Wheeler counties with additional locations providing developmental disability (DD) case management services. • substance abuse treatment CCS Executive Director Kimberly Lindsay, working out of the Heppner office, provides oversight to all the offices. Private insurance and the Oregon Health Plan are accepted as well as a sliding scale plan for private-pay individuals. The office, at 528 E.
