Prairie boys are pretty much
like boys everywhere certain-
ly no worse, possibly a little
above the average. They need
a little looking after, just like
other boys.
There is a curfew ordinance
and they are supposed to be
the streets by eight unless they
have business or are accompa-
nied by an older person. The
marshal is making an effort
to enforce this ordinance and
some of the boys who insist in
staying out after hours stand
and excellent chance of run-
ning foul of him.
Considerable mischief has
been done by boys this sum-
mer, come of it involving quite
a fi nancial loss. A favorite pas-
time seems to be heaving rocks
through windows and this is
rather expensive. It is to be
hoped that some of this sort
of mischief can be stopped.
