At this point, and upon such showing by the several gentlemen concerned, it was indicated by the Register and Receiver that a cer tain reasonable and further mar gin of ‘time’ would be accorded to them to qualify as ‘practitioners’ on behalf of claimants or contestants having business before this Land Office, and according to the ‘‘Regu lations” above mentioned.
