The Harney Saw Mill, L. R.
Ihinvard proprietor, now has on
hand a large amount of rough

II. M. Ilorton and wife were
up from the desert land claim of

ville, Florida, June 15, announces
that Sherifr Richardson was on
his way homo with Wm. "Tex"

near that city and evidently

papers to bring him to Oregon.
The prisoner had been indicted
by the grand jury of this county
on a charge of horse stealing,

his escape. Sherifr Richardson
had been on his track for a long
lime and has at last captured
him. This is but mm instance of
