Williams, the only Yank in tlie meet, captu.-ed the 200 in 21.5 seconds and tlie 400 in 46.8 seconds. Tuesday night saw another lop sided victory. By that time, however, the OE men had tallied 19 and were just about in orbit. When the dust cleared, Oregon Equipment still lead, 19-8.
