Capi tal Invested Is $16,108,037 more than in 1910, or a percentage Increase of 126.7. The report shows that while, In 1910, the average cost of opera tion and maintenance per acre was only 75 cents, it Is now $1.19, On the Deschutes drnlnage basin alone, the report states, Irrigation projects have a total of 390 main ditches, with a capacity of 4,023 sec ond feet of water.
