A very enjoyable time was reported. L.'C. Young butchered a fine hog last week. It weighed 250 pounds. Mr. Crowo purchased a 200-acre ranch in the Alfalfa district. The consideration is said to be $20,000. Mr. Crowo and family moved to his ranch lost week, vacating his ranch, upon which ho was living, four miles north of Bend.
