DANIELS) J ACCIDENT PROVES FORTUNATE Mr. C. V. llarto Dragged by Hon.cs When Tongue Itolt Fall. Dragged out of tbe hack she was driving and Btepped on by one of the horses, Mrs. C. V. llarto. who lives seven miles northeast of fiend, had a narrow escapo from serious Injuries lost Wednesday evening. . Tbe bolt holding the double tree to the tongue came out and the team she was driving started to run. Mrs. llarto held on to the lines and was pulled over the dashboard and down Into the road, where she lost hold of one line. The team circled around her and In tho melee one horse step ped on her. Thanks to a heavy sheep skin coat, no Injury was sustained. The accident occurred near the Wlest home. Mr. Borto was called from the ranch by phono and came In. straightening out the horses pnd rig and taking his wife home. Wowcomcra should get the habit of going to Innes & Davidson's bar ber shop. A temporary injunction against tho city was issued some weeks ago and at this afternoon s hearing It will be de cided whether or not. this Injunction will be made permanent or dis missed. Vernon A.
