Miss Blanche Carlisle spent the week end visiting at her parent’ home. Jay Fullerton who Is now em ployed at West Timber, Oregon, spent the week end with his family here. Zlm Mills has the frame work on his new residence now constructed and is rushing the structure to a com pletion. After spending several weeks at the Pearce sanatorium. Alfred Hob son returned to his home a few days ago. Virgil Mills and family, accom panied by a few of their eastern friends, motored over and- spent .the week end at the coast. This week will see the end of the black cap season. Nearly all the berries that have been picked this week are being sun-cured. Having completed grading work on the new mountainside road, the ¡Yuba caterpillar, tractor left this vicinity last Saturday morning.
