The executive committee of the Intercollegiate Oratorical Asso ciation met in Newberg Friday to transact business prepara tory to the annual contest which will be held at this place early in March. Lewis Saunders, ’o f this college, president of the state association, presided at the meeting, there lieing representa tives in attendance from six col leges and universities. Judges for the contest were chosen and three or four amendments to the constitution and by laws recommended. The drawing for positions on the program gave the following order in which the different orators w ill speak: Willamette University, Albany College, Pacific Collexe, Univer sity o f Oregon, Oregon Agri cultural College, Monmouth State Normal, McMinnville Col lege and Pacific University. ceum Association on Tuesday evening.
