Congressm an Binger Hermann.

A little later, the evening train

M r. Hermann made the prin­
cip al address o f the evening. He

location , its splendid schools,

its size has such manufacturing
industries. N o room fo r argu­
m ent here, and M r. Hermann
proceeded.
