It la rare that one sees a woman carried out o f church or the theater, jet forty years ago It waa a matter of *ueh common occurrenee «a barely to excite remark. The habit of fainting Is not sb much a slgu of weak heart as It la of an ex citable circulation. It Is caused by auemla of tbe brain resulting from a dilatation of the blood vessels o f the body and tbe consequent flow Into them o f the entire mass o f blood.
