The evening was given up to the ad­
dress of welcome and the responses.
Thursday was taken up w ith the re
porta of the various superintendents un­

was attended to, comm ittees reported,
various questions were discussed etc.
In the evening a very largo audience
m ine together to hear M rs. K inney's
lecture upon “ The aeeret of n successful
life.” Mrs. Kinney was at her best and
her voice was often Inst in the e n th u ­
siastic applutiso ni the vast audience.
At the close of her lecture the motion
