Articles of incorporation of the Cal­
ifornia, Idaho and Montana Railway
CouiDanv have been filed with the sec­
retary of Wyoming.
The company proposes to construct
and operate a railroad commencing at or
near Butte, Mont., and running through
the states of Montana, Idaho, Nevada
| and California to San Francisco.
The directors of the company, who are
the incorporators, are nine in number.
They are: Moritz. Lippman, the New
York banker; Therdore Voorhees, vice-

William Harker, Philadelphia; Ernest
E. Dicker, president of the Little Rock
road, Cni -ago; H. C. Woodworth, H. A.
