T his post believes I t has the distinction o f having the only lady member in the county. And no one is more entitled to wear the Legion button than the g rit ty little nurse, who risked her life over there during the great conflict Miss Habeger is the sister o f Mrs. E. E. o f this d ty . The mask ball, which the Le gion gave Wednesday evening, was largely attended and was one o f the most successful, both from a pleasure and a financial standpoint, o f any o f the past year which the local post has given. The orchestra was kept busy until ofle a. m. There were many maskers present. Those receiving prizes were as follow s:' Miss Alta Hatcher and Mrs. Stephen Dev were awarded the prizes fo r the m ost handsome, as gypsy characters. While the most com ic character was aptly carried out by Miss Alpha Ack- enbach as a Bowery girl.
