MF. Farr left Snoho mish county to accept a lucrative pos ition with the state distributors o f the Fordson raster. He later worked with the St. John Motor company o f Chehalis, W ashington, the largest re tail distributors o f the Fordson tract or in the state. He comes to C om county from his position. Mr. Farr is vsry highly recom mended by Farm Bureau officials in Snohomish county and by other fanners with whom h e 'w a s associ ated in this county. The County Agent Leader o f W ashington is also very high in his praise o f Mr. F air's ability as a county agent. A t the guessing contest u to the Identity o f those present Mrs. H. C. Gets carried off high honors. Mrs. J. L. Smith and Mrs. G. E. Low won in other con tests in which the rivalry ran high. The witch who could relate the past and foretell the future was in great demand and all had their palms read. Although the guests had bean re freshed with doughnuts and cider at the midnight hour five darky waiters filed in and soon the thirty guests were served with a delectable lunch eon, and were regaled with music by the minstrel band while they ate. It was an occasion that will long be re membered by all present. Mrs. J. 8.
